Personal information collected and/or used in line with the Company’s business operations is handled responsibly according to the rules stipulated by the Company.
Prohibition of Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company manages the personal information of customers in a responsible manner and will never disclose personal information to a third party with the exception of either of the following instances.
- The customer provides their consent
- To disclose to a business process outsourcing vendor in order to facilitate the operations of the Company
- In cases where disclosure is required by law
Security Measures for Personal Information
The Company has established rigorous security controls to prevent illegal access to personal information as well as the loss, destruction, modification or leakage of personal information.
The Company will accommodate requests from a customer who desires to inquire about, revise, or delete their personal information, after verifying the identity of the customer.
Compliance with Laws, Ordinances and Regulations and Reviews
The Company complies with the laws and ordinances and other regulations of Japan that apply to personal information. The Company reviews the details of this policy as necessary in order to achieve continual improvement.
